When your individual workshop has been placed together; you will receive by email, Youre detailed, personalised spiritual focus workshop; showing how to find inner balance and mindfulness.

When you book your workshop, I will notify you when I will be doing this for you. This is not a live workshop; I will begin your workshop within 5 days. If you would like to continue with the Spritual Focus Workshop, please complete the form below.

When you have completed all the fields, the price for a Focus workshop $500.00
