Origin of my rune stones

Back in 2002; I had a Native Indian guide come through and he showed me various symbols and their meaning. Trusting what I was seeing and hearing from spirit, I designed and hand- painted my own rune stones, which I still use today. The 7 Chakras

Traditional chakra systems describe seven main energy centres connected to emotional and spiritual themes. The seven chakras are the: Root , Sacral , S olar plexus , Heart , Throat , Third eye and Crown .

Aligning your chakras requires mindfulness and the understanding of your life’s journey. Your chakras are forever shifting and are governed by your thoughts and actions, and by gently moving the chakra into alignment, your mind and body become one.

For me, the focus of meditation is to clear one’s mind and find calmness, inner balance and peace with oneself. Personally, I place myself in a canoe and paddle along a river, taking in the views, sounds and smells. Sometimes its finding a place to rest along the riverbank, building a campfire and again taking in the sounds and views.

How to work with chakras

I personally use a method where I find a quiet place, sitting or lying on the ground in a relaxed state of mind. I then focus on the root chakra and using my palm, I gradually nudge the chakra into inner alignment. This only takes a moment of a clear mind and gradually adjust each chakra until to start to feel an inner balance within oneself. This can be a quick or slow process, it is not for rushing but for time to understand your thoughts, actions and progression.

I begin by connecting with your palm photograph before the reading begins. Picking up your spiritual energy, aura colors, and chakra alignment. This helps me connect more closely with you.

Creating the reading

When I originally gave in-person readings, I used to write and draw on the client's palm. As the readings became more detailed, I created a palm template and started to write and draw

the reading on this.

Firstly, I require a clear photo of the person’s dominant palm and preferably with any jewellery removed. The hand needs to be in a relaxed position, have an open and a clear mind. This allows the energy to come through the photo, and I write and illustrate what I see, hear and feel from the photo.

Using your dominant hand; open your palm and straighten out your fingers, relax and clear your mind. The photo should be clear and in focus and can be in color or black & white.
