First of all, the palm image needs to be a clear photo. I prefer to ask the client to remove jewellery where possible, it helps with the energy reading.

You can also use a photo of the person, but by doing so you could most probably see any miss interpretations. Hence why I only use a photo of the palm because it takes away what you can't see.
